Burgess Samuels is an off-market investment agency with a simple conviction — serious investors deserve access to opportunities that never reach the open market.
Why we exist
Investment is served by some of the biggest names in property. They are capable firms. But decades of scale have made them large, process-driven, and, for all their competence, forgettable. Ask an investor who worked with one of them how it felt, and the answer is rarely warm. It was handled. It was fine.
We started Burgess Samuels because "handled" and "fine" is an opportunity, not a standard. The investors we work with are not ordinary clients, and they shouldn't be treated like them. We are small on purpose. Small enough to give every client a founder, to move at the speed of a phone call, and to remember that investment is personal.
